ReGen Biologics, Inc. was incorporated as APACHE Medical Systems, Inc. in 1987 as a Delaware corporation. After the sale of substantially all of its assets in 2001, the name of the company was changed to Aros Corporation. In 2002, in connection with the reverse merger and change of business direction, the company changed its name to ReGen Biologics, Inc.
