ReGen Biologics Tissue Growth Data Presented


FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ – June 20, 2006 – ReGen Biologics today announced that data from its CMI™ MultiCenter Study will be featured in a poster presentation at the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM) meeting to be held in Hershey, Pennsylvania beginning June 29, 2006.

The poster is entitled “New Tissue Growth after Collagen Meniscus Implant (CMI) Placement into Meniscus Defects.”  It was authored by William G. Rodkey, D.V.M., J. Richard Steadman, M.D., William Montgomery, III, M.D., Scott Hormel, M.D. and Karen Briggs, M.P.H.

This poster is another result of ReGen’s ongoing programs to analyze and report on the important data from our clinical studies,” commented Gerald E. Bisbee, Jr., Ph.D., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ReGen Biologics.  “The sports medicine community provides an excellent forum for discussion, given the active patient as an important audience for the product.”
