ReGen Biologics Completes Distribution Coverage in Spain with Exclusive Agreement

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ -- November 21, 2005 -- ReGen Biologics, Inc. (OTC:RGBI) now has exclusive relationships throughout the country.  Polymedic 2000  will market and sell the CMITM along with the SharpShooter® Tissue Repair System in the Catalun and Islas Baleares areas of Spain.

The CMI is a type I collagen implant designed to facilitate growth of new tissue to replace removed or missing meniscus tissue in the human knee.  The SharpShooter is used for meniscus suturing procedures, and includes a patented disposable delivery handle, anatomic cannulae, and unique suture needles.

“Signing this agreement with Polymedic 2000 completes our distribution plans for Spain,” said Gerald E. Earlier this year ReGen regained worldwide distribution rights to the CMI, and has since announced the formation of a direct subsidiary, ReGen Biologics AG that is marketing the product directly in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.  ReGen AG is also managing the exclusive distribution partnerships in Italy and Spain.
